We will provide a chef free of cost for catering to parties with the food bill amount of Rs. 10,000/- and above. For lower amounts than Rs. 10,000/- there will be a charge for the chef.
If there is only delivery of food with the party menu and rates then there is a transportation charge as per the areas given below.
A chef will arrive at your party minimum thirty minutes before time. He will carry everything required to make the food. However we will request you to please provide us with a gas cylinder which the chef will use during your party.
Most food is prepared or semi-finished. The chef will heat and garnish the food and put it into your dishes. All you need to do is inform him thirty minutes before the food is required on the table.
Along with food catering, we provide crockery, cutlery, serving dishes etc. at an additional cost. We will provide soup bowls with Khow Suey at a nominal charge. Please return clean bowls the next day.
We also provide servers at an additional cost. Currently server charges are Rs. 1200/- each in Delhi / NCR. Normal bartenders charge Rs. 2500/- and specialised ones charge Rs. 3000/- in Delhi / NCR. Any special ingredients required for specific cocktails or mocktails will be an additional charge. Tips to chefs and waiters : suggested amount is anything between Rs. 300 to Rs. 600 per person.
This charge covers two trips, one to deliver and one to pick up the chef and his equipment.
Payment can either be in cash or cheque (taxes apply) favouring BURMESE KITCHEN PLUS
An advance amount of 50% of the total will be required to confirm the order
The balance amount must be paid to the chef who comes to your party or to the person who delivers the food.
Our catering services include Delhi/NCR regions.
All prices per portion given in the Menus are for one person.
You can order different quantities of the dishes of one or more cuisines subject to a minimum of 10 portions for each dish chosen.
We can guide you in preparing the menu suitable for the occasion.
For starters/snacks, we budget four (4) pieces per portion in most cases.
We do not make desserts ourselves. However, we have a tie up with people who specialise in this.
